These terms and conditions govern the EllGeo Marketing 1,000 Follower Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules.

 

1. Promoter
The promoter of this Giveaway is EllGeo Marketing ("Promoter"), based in Oxfordshire, UK.

 

2. Eligibility

• This Giveaway is open to registered businesses only. Individuals are not eligible to enter.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Employees of EllGeo Marketing, their family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

 

3. How to Enter

• To enter the Giveaway, your business's official social media account must follow the official EllGeo Marketing account on the platform where the Giveaway is announced (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Only one entry per business is permitted.

 

4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway entry period begins upon the posting of the announcement and closes once the EllGeo Marketing account reaches one thousand (1,000) followers on the respective platform.

 

5. Prize Details
One (1) winning business will be selected and will have the choice of one (1) of the following two prizes:

• Option A: Digital Marketing Strategy: A one-month digital marketing strategy plan. This includes the development of a strategic roadmap document tailored to the winner's business. It does not include the execution or implementation of the strategy.

• Option B: Social Media Content: Two (2) consecutive weeks of social media content creation. This includes tailored posts, captions, and creative assets for up to two social media platforms. The prize does not include social media management, scheduling, or community engagement.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Once the 1,000-follower milestone is reached, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible followers.

• The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform of entry within seven (7) business days of the selection.

• The winning business must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

• The winner must provide proof of business registration upon request to verify eligibility.

 

7. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of the Promoter's reasonable control.

• The Promoter's decision in all matters related to the Giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their business name and social media handle in any publicity material related to the Giveaway. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X).
