Our Website Process
You have made the exciting decision that now is the time to get a website created. Whether it is a refresh or a new design we can help.
In fact, we are just as excited about your business as you are, and we cannot wait to talk to you about it. Below we explain the stages of how we will build your website for you, detailing our website process.
The purpose of the discovery stage is to get a deep understanding of your business and the user experience you wish your visitors to have on your website. We talk about what your business goals are, which may include growth plans, functionality, SEO, Social Media and much more. From this discussion we will be able to set out a strategy to address your website design and any other marketing functions you would like.
After our discovery call we will provide a bespoke marketing strategy for your business detailing the services we plan to deliver. This will give you a clear idea of of how we will approach your website build, any other marketing services and the associated cost. We will detail time scales, what to expect, and explain how we will work together to achieve our end goal.
Once we have agreed the services you want and the approach we will take, our team can get to work. We will present numerous design options to you, from which you can choose which design aspects you like. We will then look to create a bespoke and fully customised website for you using the aesthetics you like. We will also map out the website pages and customer journey, ensuring your website is user friendly.
Depending on the size of your website project, we may look to deliver your website in stages. Once you are happy with every single stage and we have trained you and your team on your new website, we will look to transfer it into your ownership. If you would prefer us to maintain your website for you we can do this at an affordable price. As we use Partner Accounts, the transfer would still take place, however you would make us a collaborator so we can maintain and edit on your behalf.
